Maintenance of railway tracks and trackside areas in Region 7

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance of railway tracks and trackside areas in Region 7, divided into four lots: Charleroi, La Louvière, Luttre and signalling. Infrabel will award a framework agreement for an initial period of two years, with two possible one-year extensions. The maximum framework amounts for the four-year period are: Charleroi EUR 1,897,433.23; La Louvière EUR 1,898,933.23; Luttre EUR 1,899,063.23; and signalling EUR 1,015,250.01. Bidders must hold approval in category H, class 3 or higher, and provide a tender guarantee equal to 5% of the estimated amount for a six-month period. A guided site visit is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically, signed electronically and remain valid for 150 days. By participating, bidders confirm that they have read Infrabel’s Supplier and Contractor Code of Conduct and agree to comply with it. The submission deadline is 19 October 2026 at 14:00.
