Design, construction and author supervision for recreation areas and green spaces in Haskovo

Summary

The procurement covers the creation or improvement of public recreation areas, green spaces and other urban features in residential neighbourhoods in Haskovo, divided into seven lots. The contractor must prepare a technical investment design, carry out the construction and installation works in accordance with the approved design, and provide author supervision during construction. Depending on the lot, works also include access routes, pavements, streets, parking spaces and areas for waste sorting. The planned duration for each lot is 300 days, and price is the only award criterion. Bidders must meet requirements for construction registration, turnover, previous experience, staffing and professional liability insurance. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9 November 2026 at 23:59. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value excluding VAT; before receiving the 20% advance payment for construction works, the contractor must provide a guarantee covering the full advance amount.
