Project management and design services for educational accommodation

Summary

The tender seeks project management services with design and technical consultants for the creation and adaptation of educational accommodation in Ireland. The work covers refurbishing existing school spaces for pupils with special educational needs and/or providing modular accommodation for pupils with special educational needs or mainstream classrooms, including associated site works. The services have three parts: visiting the school and assessing the most suitable location, the capacity of existing services, risks and an order-of-magnitude cost; where required, preparing detailed designs for refurbishment works and supervising construction; and, where required, preparing an initial design for modular buildings as a technical design solution. A framework agreement with up to two providers will be established, with an estimated maximum value of EUR 100 million and a duration of 48 months. Bids must be submitted electronically.
