Actuarial consultancy for calculating pension funds’ technical provisions for 2027 and 2028

Summary

The procurement concerns actuarial consultancy and actuarial calculations of technical provisions for 2027 and 2028. The calculations cover privately managed pension funds and voluntary pension funds whose scheme terms provide guarantees. The framework agreement will cover 1–4 calculations: at least one for a privately managed pension fund, and at most two additional calculations for privately managed funds and two for guaranteed voluntary pension funds. It will run for 24 months, have one contractor and be worth between RON 600,000 and RON 1,500,000 excluding VAT. Bidders must have completed at least two similar contracts during the previous three years and hold the required professional registration. The proposed actuaries must have at least 10 or 5 years of experience, depending on their role. Tenders will be evaluated on price, experts’ experience and the proposed service completion period.
