Electricity procurement through a dynamic purchasing system

Summary

The tender establishes a 24-month dynamic purchasing system for electricity supplies to the consumption points of the joint purchasing authorities in Kaposvár. The planned quantity is 9,593,349 kWh; an allowed increase of up to 30% brings the maximum to 12,471,354 kWh. The authorities do not guarantee orders under the system, and the quantity and technical requirements for each supply period will be specified in later invitations to tender. Invitations are generally planned for periods of 6–12 months, and bids will be evaluated on the forecast net total price. The deadline for submitting a participation request is 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Applicants must demonstrate experience supplying at least 4,000,000 kWh of electricity and satisfy the exclusion requirements. Contract terms include, among other things, a 5% penalty for failure to perform and, for late or missing responses to information requests, a penalty of HUF 10,000 for low-voltage supply and HUF 30,000 for medium-voltage supply.
