Stormwater works at Brorenden, Otterup

Summary

The tender covers construction and watercourse works for the Brorenden stormwater system in Otterup. The works include installing new stormwater, wastewater and combined sewers, as well as a large stormwater basin to treat and regulate flows from 13 outlets serving a 150-hectare sewer catchment. A drainage pipe through Stenløkkeparken in Otterup must also be rerouted so that drainage water flows into the extended watercourse and stormwater basin. The contract is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026 and must include an ESPD. Bidders must demonstrate an equity ratio of at least 20% in each of the three most recent available financial years and provide 3–5 references in the required fields. Bids must remain valid for six months. During contract performance, the contractor must comply with the contracting authority’s employment and apprenticeship clauses.
