Framework agreement for disposable cystoscopes and ureteroscopes with monitors

Summary

The procurement is for disposable cystoscopes and ureteroscopes, together with the monitors needed to use them, for AZ Diest’s urology department. The contract runs for two years and may be extended twice by one year each. The scopes will be purchased, while the monitors will be provided under a loan arrangement; the tender should allow for four monitors and, preferably, the same monitor should work with both types of scope. The maximum contract value is €127,000 excluding VAT per year and €508,000 excluding VAT over the full four years. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and quality for 30%.
