Major renovation of the science building at 35 Pramones Avenue, Kaunas

Summary

The procurement covers the major renovation of the science-use building at Pramonės pr. 35 in Kaunas, in accordance with one technical working design. The works also include water-supply, domestic wastewater and stormwater drainage networks, external-area works, necessary engineering services (including cadastral and geodetic surveys, as-built documentation, maintenance of the electronic construction log and documents needed to complete construction) and installation of a permanent information board. Works shown in the interior, furniture, equipment and technology design sections are excluded. The contract is not divided into lots, and variant bids are not permitted. The maximum bid price is EUR 7,619,123 including VAT. A EUR 100,000 tender guarantee must remain valid for four months from the bid deadline.
