High-performance laptops – Lot II

Summary

The procurement covers high-performance laptops for Registrų centras, under Lot II: four Type IV and three Type V laptops. Type IV laptops must have at least a 10-core processor scoring 23,000 PassMark CPU Mark, a 13–14-inch display with at least 2500 × 1600 resolution, at least 16 GB RAM, a 500 GB SSD, macOS, and a weight of no more than 1.3 kg. Type V laptops must have at least a 10-core processor scoring 37,000, a 15.8–16.2-inch display with at least 3000 × 1900 resolution, at least 32 GB RAM, a 1 TB SSD, macOS, and a weight of no more than 2.2 kg. Both types must provide at least 12 hours of battery life, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3 or later, and the connections specified in the technical specification. The laptops must be new, factory-assembled and CE-marked. The supplier must add them to the buyer’s Apple Business Manager account without opening the packaging. Delivery to Vilnius is due within three months after the contract takes effect. A manufacturer’s warranty of at least three years, including for the battery, is required; if repairs take more than five working days, an equivalent or better replacement device must be provided for the repair period. Offers for Lot II are evaluated on price. No separate qualification thresholds are set, but the offer must include the ESPD, offer and product information, technical evidence, and documents demonstrating compliance with environmental, accessibility and national-security requirements. No tender guarantee is required.
