Fit-out works for commercial units under a dynamic purchasing system

Summary

The procurement concerns setting up a dynamic purchasing system for fitting out 15 commercial units owned by Fonds du Logement that currently have no technical installations or finishes. The works include masonry and opening works; screeds and floor insulation; tiling and other floor coverings; heating, sanitary and ventilation works; electrical works; plastering and drylining; suspended ceilings and raised technical floors; painting; and internal joinery.
