Framework agreement for Wi-Fi services in student residences

Summary

Hogeschool Gent is seeking a framework agreement with one contractor for an integrated end-to-end Wi-Fi-as-a-Service solution for student residences. The work covers the supply, installation, operation, monitoring, management and support of wireless networks and internet connectivity, including end-user assistance, EduRoam authentication and the option of a personal wireless network in each room for various devices. Availability and performance, incident management and service levels are also important parts of the service. The planned service period is 1 March 2027 to 28 February 2031. Requests to participate must be submitted electronically by 17:00 on 4 November 2026; the procedure plans to select at least three candidates.
