Tenders must be submitted electronically by 11 November 2026 at 10:00; variant tenders are not permitted. During performance, the supplier must design accessible, safe solutions that meet users’ needs, consider lower-impact materials where suitable, and support the building’s energy efficiency while complying with employment and occupational safety requirements.
