Reconstruction of the Automatic Parking System

Summary

The tender covers reconstruction of the automatic parking system and construction works in Prague in accordance with Project I. The contractor must service and maintain the technical equipment during the warranty period and provide post-warranty servicing for the automatic parking system, mist fire suppression system, fire alarm system and uninterruptible power supply. The estimated contract value is CZK 89,210,400 and the planned duration is 14 months. Tenders must be submitted electronically and remain valid for 120 days. A tender guarantee of CZK 500,000 is required. Price is assessed in two parts: the total tender price accounts for 98% and unit prices for servicing account for 2% of the score. The tender submission deadline is 4 December 2026 at 10:00.
