Roof and façade repairs at the Petrohan site

Summary

The procurement covers roof and façade repairs, including interior work, at the Petrohan site of a regional electricity network unit. The work includes removing and renewing damaged plaster, replacing roof coverings and damaged waterproofing, painting the façade and treating wooden components. Inside the building, tiles will be removed and installed, plaster and waterproofing restored, part of the clean-water and wastewater pipework replaced, and washbasins removed and reinstalled. The planned works period is 80 days. The bid price must not exceed EUR 15,000; bids above this ceiling will not be evaluated. Price is the sole award criterion. The bid submission deadline is 4 November 2026. Bidders must be legally entitled to perform construction works in the required category, hold professional liability insurance with appropriate cover, and have completed at least one comparable construction project in the previous five years. A contract performance guarantee equal to 7% of the contract value must be provided when the contract is signed.
