Framework Agreement for Environmental Consultancy for Demolition of Mink Production Facilities

Summary

The procurement is for a framework agreement covering environmental and soil consultancy to prepare for the demolition of mink production facilities. The services include, among other things, mapping building contamination and resources, verifying buildings and technical installations and checking access conditions, investigating topsoil, preparing excavation plans, screening for nature interests, coordinating health and safety during the design phase, and, where needed, additional sampling and environmental supervision of soil handling. The results will support the subsequent planning and procurement of demolition works. The framework agreement is divided into three regional lots covering North Jutland, Central Jutland, and Southern Denmark, Zealand and the Capital Region. Tasks will be awarded directly under the framework agreement, which may be used only by the Danish Building and Property Agency. It will run for 24 months, with two possible extensions of 12 months each. The estimated total value is DKK 150 million and the maximum value is DKK 180 million. Applicants may apply for up to three lots, but no more than one lot may be awarded to a tenderer. Applicants must submit an application with an ESPD and meet the financial and experience requirements: turnover of at least DKK 40 million in the latest available financial year, an equity ratio of at least 10% in each of the latest three financial years, and up to seven environmental consultancy references from the past three years. Up to five applicants per lot will be shortlisted based on the relevance of their references. Tenders must be submitted in Danish. Tenders will be evaluated on price (30%), the proposed task solution (40%), and organisation and staffing (30%). The application deadline is 6 November 2026 at 12:00.
