Supply of stationery under a two-year framework agreement

Summary

Stationery is to be supplied under a two-year framework agreement with a maximum value of RON 1,241,282.80. Deliveries will be made as required under contracts awarded during the framework period, and products must be delivered within 10 working days after the relevant contract is signed. Delivery locations are Bucharest and Magurele in Ilfov County. Unit prices will remain fixed throughout the framework period and cannot be adjusted. The tender must include a technical proposal with photographs of the specified products, showing their item numbers in the specifications. The tender price carries 70 points in the evaluation. Up to 15 points are available for products made from recycled plastic or bio-based materials, and up to 15 points for the origin or fibre content of paper- or cardboard-based products.
