Supply of somatropin medicines

Summary

The tender covers the supply in Slovakia of medicines containing somatropin in ATC group H01AC01, divided into three lots. The estimated total value is EUR 6,169,400: EUR 1,470,670 for Lot 1, EUR 3,701,610 for Lot 2 and EUR 997,120 for Lot 3. Each lot runs for 24 months, and the framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier. Price is the only award criterion, and the winner will be determined through an electronic auction. Bids must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 2 November 2026. A separate tender guarantee is required for each lot: EUR 10,000 for Lot 1, EUR 15,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 8,000 for Lot 3. To conclude the contract, the successful bidder must hold a permit issued by the Slovak State Institute for Drug Control (ŠÚKL) to handle medicines and medical devices and, before signing, demonstrate its ability to supply the medicines, for example by providing confirmation from the manufacturer.
