Supplementary procurement for adult vocational education 2026

Summary

Karlshamn Municipality is procuring adult vocational education services under a supplementary framework agreement. The services cover upper-secondary vocational education, apprenticeship training and skills validation in construction and civil engineering; vehicles and transport (excluding professional drivers); restaurant and food services; natural resource management; children and leisure; sales and service; and hotels and tourism. Industrial technology, electrical and energy engineering, plumbing and building services, and hairdressing and styling are excluded because contracts for those areas are already in place. The framework agreement will cover up to three providers. It is planned to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 October 2029, with one possible extension. The deadline for tenders is 3 November 2026.
