Supply of law enforcement clothing

Summary

The tender covers the supply of law enforcement clothing in a single lot: fleece cardigans, collared short-sleeved polo shirts, training jackets and tunics, training trousers and winter training trousers, summer baseball caps and winter knitted caps. The contract will run for 24 months. The buyer commits to orders worth HUF 53,396,183 net. It may also order products worth up to a further HUF 15,965,459, but is not obliged to order that additional amount. The total net ceiling is HUF 69,361,642, and the estimated quantity is approximately 5,186 items. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 4 November 2026. Free product samples, the required material and colour test reports, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificates or confirmation that certification is under way must also be provided by the deadline as part of the technical submission. Samples must be delivered by prior arrangement to the address specified in the tender documents in Budapest. Bids will be evaluated on net price (95%) and delivery time (5%); the offered delivery time must be between 40 and 60 calendar days. Suitability requires relevant supply experience worth at least HUF 30 million and personnel with the specified clothing-industry qualifications.
