Major renovation of the Mladost district administrative building: design, construction and author’s supervision

Summary

The procurement covers the major renovation of the administrative building of Sofia’s Mladost district. The contractor must prepare technical designs for both the building renovation (Stage 1) and improved accessibility by means of an external lift beside the south facade serving all floors (Stage 2); construction and author’s supervision are included for Stage 1 only. The design covers, among other disciplines, architecture, structures, heating and ventilation, electrical systems, water supply and sewerage, energy efficiency, fire safety, health and safety, construction-waste management and cost documentation. Work on the single-storey annex in the yard is excluded, and separate bids for the stages are not permitted. The estimated value is EUR 1,673,018.16, and price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026. Bidders must have the relevant construction registration, professional liability insurance, the required turnover and relevant construction, design and author’s-supervision experience from the previous five years.
