Supply of medical equipment: anaesthesia machine and CBCT scanner

Summary

The procurement covers two lots of medical equipment for the municipal hospital in Timisoara: Lot 3 is for a high-performance anaesthesia machine, with an estimated value of RON 330,578.50, and Lot 6 is for a CBCT scanner, with an estimated value of RON 206,611.57. The combined estimated value is RON 537,190.07. The equipment must be supplied and meet the tender documents and technical specification; the planned contract duration is two months for each lot. Bids are evaluated on price and technical quality factors; price accounts for 40 points. For the anaesthesia machine, factors include an additional N2O connection, reporting functions, energy consumption, warranty and energy-efficiency training. For the CBCT scanner, factors also include imaging software features, energy consumption, warranty and training. The minimum warranty is 24 months; additional warranty points are available up to 60 months. A bidder may submit offers for both lots and may be awarded both.
