Tender detail

Construction of pump stations for AquaDjurs' centralisation project

Summary

The procurement covers the optimisation of the design, detailed contractor design, supply, construction, testing, documentation, handover and commissioning of selected large and intermediate pump stations for AquaDjurs’ centralisation project. The project in Syddjurs Municipality includes approximately 95 km of pressure pipelines, pump stations and basins, as well as the closure of several existing wastewater treatment plants. The contractor must coordinate the work of the supplier of smaller pumps for approximately 6–7 pump stations and work closely with the client, designers, pipeline and construction contractors, and other suppliers. The precise pump solutions will be determined as design progresses. The contractor must contribute to project optimisation and resolve technical interfaces for its own work, hydraulics, control, system coordination, occupational safety and commissioning. The works will be delivered in stages under a main contract, with an estimated total value of DKK 37,000,000 and a four-year duration starting in March 2027. The procedure includes prequalification and negotiations; the deadline for requests to participate is 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 30% of the evaluation and quality for 70%. Quality assessment covers the solution, cooperation, understanding of open-book project economics, and the project organisation and staffing. Bidders must meet the financial and experience requirements and allow for the AB 18 contract terms, pay and employment conditions, the use of people in training, and the required stage-specific performance security.
