Spare parts and maintenance and repair services for vehicles and machinery in 2027

Summary

The tender covers the supply of spare parts for Karditsa Municipality’s vehicles and machinery, together with vehicle repair, machine-shop work, and the supply, repair and maintenance of tyres for 2027. It is divided into four lots: spare parts worth EUR 104,838.71; vehicle repair services worth EUR 90,000; machine-shop work worth EUR 83,000; and tyres plus repair and maintenance services worth EUR 18,129. These amounts exclude VAT. The total estimated value is EUR 295,967.71 excluding VAT, or EUR 366,999.96 including VAT. The contracts run for 12 months from 1 January 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 15:00. A tenderer may submit for and be awarded up to four lots. Price is the only award criterion. A tender guarantee equal to 2% of the relevant budget excluding VAT is required, and tenders must remain valid for 9 months.
