Printing equipment maintenance, toner supply and equipment rental

Summary

The tender is for a 36-month framework agreement covering maintenance and repair of colour and monochrome printing equipment, toner supply, rental of printing equipment, and takeover of existing equipment at the offices of Bucharest Sector 6 Municipality, its local police directorate and its population records directorate. The estimated total framework value is RON 1,862,028–3,423,060 excluding VAT. At least three call-off contracts are anticipated in 2027–2029, subject to the authority’s needs and budget. The contractor must maintain and repair the equipment, supply toner, and rent and install equipment. The maximum permitted intervention time is 48 hours, and the maximum delivery and installation period is 20 calendar days from contract signature. Price carries 80 points, intervention time 10 points, and delivery and installation time 10 points; shorter times score better. Bidders must demonstrate the required registration, average annual turnover of at least RON 1,141,020 in 2023–2025, and the required value of similar office-equipment repair and maintenance experience during that period. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certificates or equivalent evidence are required. The required declarations and electronically signed documents must accompany the tender.
