Spare parts for metro fibre-optic networks, ticketing systems and ticket vending machines

Summary

METROREX S.A. is procuring spare parts in four lots for the Bucharest metro: components for the fibre-optic communications network (Lot 1); components for the fibre-optic network and train-traffic interlocking safety system (Lot 2); parts for CCS KGB2005 ticket validators and Logic01 swing gates (Lot 3); and parts for ticket vending machines, including CCS magnetic-card issuing, Myfare contactless-card reloading and MEI banknote acceptance equipment (Lot 4). Delivery is to Lujerului metro station, and the estimated delivery period is 60 days for each lot. The estimated total value is RON 2,191,633.20; estimated lot values are RON 282,642, RON 63,350, RON 1,234,098.98 and RON 611,542.22 respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 15:00. Bidders must provide the lot-specific tender guarantee and meet the selection and compliance requirements. Price is the sole award criterion.
