Training services for users of the Next Generation 119 system

Summary

The contract covers the organisation and delivery of 16 training sessions for approximately 329 staff members of Romania’s county-level General Directorates of Social Assistance and Child Protection (DGASPC). The training will support users of the national 119 system for reporting child abuse, neglect, exploitation and other forms of violence. The provider must deliver the training and arrange suitable venues and logistics, as well as participants’ accommodation, meals and the management or reimbursement of travel costs. The estimated value is RON 344,072.89 excluding VAT. Tenders will be evaluated on price (40%), experts’ experience (45%), and approach and methodology (15%). The required team includes at least one national coordinator, 8 trainers and 4 event-management experts, each subject to minimum experience requirements. The tender must include the European Single Procurement Document and a declaration accepting the contract terms. No tender guarantee is required.
