Construction supervision for water pipeline and road surface reconstruction works

Summary

The procurement covers construction supervision during works to reconstruct existing water pipelines and restore road surfaces in the town of Veliki Preslav and the villages of Mostich, Imrenchevo, Milanovo, Mokresh and Dragoevo, within Veliki Preslav municipality. The services include monitoring the lawful execution of the construction works, supporting the processes related to commissioning the sites for use, and preparing a final report for each site. The procurement has two lots. Bidders may tender for one or both lots and may be awarded both. The total estimated value is EUR 46,441: EUR 24,291 for Lot 1 and EUR 22,150 for Lot 2. Price is the sole award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 and remain valid for 180 days. Funding has not yet been secured, and contract performance is planned to be deferred. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 3% of the relevant contract value excluding VAT.
