Energy infrastructure works for electrification of the České Velenice–Veselí nad Lužnicí railway line

Summary

The tender covers construction of energy infrastructure for the upgrade and electrification of the railway line between České Velenice and Veselí nad Lužnicí. The works concern railway electrification and energy supply facilities; the wider investment is also intended to increase line speed and rail and road safety. Bidders must provide a CZK 15 million tender guarantee, in electronic form as a cash deposit, bank guarantee or guarantee insurance. A bank or insurance guarantee must also be provided to secure performance of the works contract. Tenders will be evaluated on the lowest price excluding VAT, and the maximum acceptable tender price is CZK 1,152,225,045 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9:00 on 12 October 2026; the planned contract duration is 34 months.
