Supply of Electricity and Balancing Group Coordination

Summary

The contract covers the supply of net active electricity at low voltage to the facilities of Dolna Mitropolia Municipality and coordination of a standard balancing group. Forecast consumption is based on the facilities’ use during the preceding 12 months. The planned contract period is 1 January to 31 December 2027, and the estimated total value is EUR 219,353.40. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026. Bidders must hold the required electricity trading and balancing group coordination licence, have total turnover of at least EUR 200,000 across the last three financial years, have completed at least one relevant supply contract in the preceding three years, and hold ISO 9001:2015 certification or equivalent evidence. The performance guarantee is 5% of the contract value excluding VAT.
