Delivery and installation of 320 kW charging stations (repeat tender)

Summary

Aarhus Municipality is procuring 320 kW electric-vehicle charging stations, including delivery and installation, for three projects: 18 and 32 charging points at Jegstrupvej 5, and 8 at Stokagervej 15. Bidders may offer chargers with integrated power units, separate power units with satellite charging points, or a combination. The supplier must enter into a service, operation and maintenance agreement (SLA) with AarBus and coordinate with the separately appointed construction and electrical works contractor. Aarhus Municipality will own the chargers and pay the grid connection charges; AarBus will settle electricity costs directly with the electricity supplier. The estimated contract value is DKK 35 million and the planned duration is 50 months. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation, while functionality, quality and service together account for 60%. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026. Participation is subject, among other things, to minimum requirements for revenue, equity, solvency and relevant experience.
