Test Management Platform

Summary

The procurement covers the acquisition of a test management platform and related services. The platform must be compatible with Jira, and the contract includes maintenance, support, technical expertise services and training. A framework agreement will be awarded to one operator for an initial term of two years, with the option of two successive one-year extensions. The maximum value of the framework agreement for its entire term is EUR 5,326,000; this is a ceiling, not the estimated value of orders.
