Medical Products for Emergency Treatment

Summary

The Danish Ministry of Defence intends to conclude three framework agreements for medical products used in emergency treatment: haemostatic dressings, tourniquets and chest dressings. A bidder may tender for up to three lots, but may submit only one tender per lot; one framework agreement partner will be selected for each lot. The estimated total value of the framework agreements is DKK 28.2 million, with a maximum total value of DKK 38.5 million. The tender must include product samples and the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD); check the tender documents for the precise product and suitability requirements. Tenders must be submitted in Danish. The evaluation weights are 60% price and 40% quality for lot 1, 100% price for lot 2, and 60% price and 40% quality for lot 3.
