Endoscopic Staplers and Cartridges for Vascular Suturing

Summary

The procurement is for approximately 450 single-use flexible endoscopic mechanical staplers and 180 technically compatible cartridges for sealing and cutting blood vessels and thin tissue during VATS lung and bronchial surgery. Goods will be ordered as needed; the buyer does not guarantee purchase of the maximum quantity, and the contract may run for up to 24 months. Delivery to the Kaunas Clinics is generally due within two weeks of each order, and staff training must be provided within two weeks after delivery. Bidders must offer sterile products meeting the technical specification, provide evidence of CE conformity, and meet the offer documentation, representation, delivery and training requirements. Sterility must be guaranteed for at least one year from delivery. Pricing is based on fixed unit rates; payment is for quantities ordered and accepted, with invoices payable within 30 calendar days.
