Energy-efficiency improvements to the school and student residence in Humpolec

Summary

The tender concerns energy-saving renovations to the school building and student residence on Nádražní Street in Humpolec. The works include insulating the building envelopes; replacing windows and other openings; renewing the heat source and heating system; renovating lighting and electrical installations; installing ventilation and photovoltaic panels; providing external shading; upgrading control and measurement systems and lightning protection; carrying out low-voltage, water and drainage works; refurbishing sanitary facilities; replacing internal doors; and modifying the internal layout.
