Production, delivery and management of electronic food vouchers

Summary

An operator is to be selected to produce, deliver, service and manage electronic food vouchers for employees of ViK Ltd. The vouchers will be issued against the buyer’s periodic, including monthly, orders and are intended for use in the Gabrovo region, including the towns of Gabrovo, Sevlievo, Dryanovo and Tryavna. The operator must hold a valid authorisation and an individual quota from the Ministry of Finance. The contract will run for 24 months and has an estimated value of EUR 600,000. The award scores the number of outlets in the Gabrovo region (20 points), the price excluding VAT to produce one voucher card (50 points), and the price to load one voucher (30 points). Bidders must hold the required authorisation and have at least EUR 600,000 in relevant turnover over the last three completed financial years. Bids must comply with the technical specification and tender documents; the bid validity period is six months, and the performance guarantee is 2% of the contract value excluding VAT.
