Supply of Waste-Management Equipment and Containers

Summary

The Duna-Vértes Köze regional waste-management association is procuring supplies in four lots: (1) four container-carrier trucks, two with 6×2 axles and two with 6×4 axles; (2) three waste-handling machines, one industrial wheel loader, one telescopic loader and one articulated loader; (3) sixteen 31 m³ open roll-off containers; and (4) four 27 m³ closed tanks for a compactor truck. The equipment must be delivered to the site in Tatabánya, commissioned, and accompanied by operator training. For lot 1, the trucks must also be registered, fitted with official plates and transferred into the name of the owner or operator; related costs must be included in the price. Detailed technical specifications are in the tender documents. Equivalent products are permitted if the bidder substantiates equivalence. Bidders must make an initial declaration of compliance with the qualification criteria using the European Single Procurement Document. Relevant completed supply experience from the last three years is required: 3 container-carrier trucks, 2 waste-handling machines, 8 open and/or closed containers, or 2 open and/or closed containers, depending on the lot. The tender must include a technical product description. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 13:00. No bid guarantee is required. The award considers price and quality: for lot 1, truck torque, engine power and earlier delivery are also assessed; for the other lots, the criteria are price and any additional warranty beyond the mandatory 12 months.
