Framework Agreement for Food Supplies in Nine Product Groups

Summary

The procurement covers food supplies to a neuropsychiatric sanatorium in Predeal, divided into nine lots: meat; chicken and eggs; meat products; dairy products and cheese; bread; fruit and vegetables; preserved foods; miscellaneous food products; and confectionery and bakery products. Supplies will be made under a framework agreement lasting 12 months, with a total maximum value of RON 842,500. Bids may cover any or all of the nine lots, and experience in similar deliveries during the previous three years must be demonstrated for each lot bid for. Bids must be submitted electronically by 15:00 on 16 October 2026. Evaluation is based on price (40%), the number of intermediaries in the supply chain (30%) and the production region (30%); the required information and declarations must be provided for the supply chain and production region.
