Procurement of cooking ingredients and food products for 2027

Summary

The tender covers the supply of cooking ingredients and food products to Kiskunfélegyháza in 2027 under an eight-lot framework contract: smoked products and cold cuts; chilled pork and beef; chilled poultry; staple foods; vegetables, fruit and eggs; bakery products; dairy products; and frozen products. The overall net ceiling is HUF 105 million. The lot ceilings are HUF 4.5 million, 14 million, 9 million, 27 million, 17.5 million, 6 million, 12.5 million and 14.5 million, respectively. Tenderers may bid for all eight lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one tenderer. Goods will be ordered as needed through individual orders. The buyer undertakes to call off at least 70% of the framework amount, but is not obliged to order every listed quantity. Performance runs until 31 December 2027 or exhaustion of the framework amount. Price is the sole award criterion, based on the total net price of the goods. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 30 October 2026. Include a fully completed price schedule identifying each offered product’s type, brand, manufacturer and country of origin, as well as packaging and composition where required, and the tender cover sheet. No tender guarantee is required. Contractual penalties include 1% per hour of the contract price of the delayed goods, capped at 15%; if delay makes the order pointless, the penalty may be 100% of its value. The penalty for defective performance is 15%, and the penalty for failure to perform is 30% of the forecast net value of goods still undelivered. Invoices are payable within 30 days; no advance payment is provided.
