Periodic supply of cochlear implant systems and ENT consumables

Summary

The tender covers periodic supplies of cochlear implant systems and ENT consumables to a hospital in Shumen, divided into two lots, for 24 months. Deliveries are made against the hospital’s written orders within 15 calendar days after each order and must be delivered to the hospital pharmacy in Shumen. Quantities are estimates and do not oblige the hospital to purchase them in full. Unit prices must not exceed the applicable national and hospital-care reimbursement ceilings for medical devices. Bidders must submit the required electronic product catalogue, and their bids must meet the technical requirements. No bid guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the contract value excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 23:59:59.
