Real Estate Market Valuation Services

Summary

The tender covers independent market valuations of real estate connected with energy assets: construction or reconstruction of linear infrastructure, construction, reconstruction or expansion of site-based energy facilities, and property intended for rental. The estimated volume is 300 valuations in total. Services will be provided for up to 24 months or until the EUR 30,000 ceiling excluding VAT is reached, whichever occurs first. Tenders are ranked by the lowest total price, calculated from unit prices and estimated quantities. The bidder must have at least one independent real estate appraiser with the required professional qualifications and registration. On signing the contract, the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 7% of the contract value excluding VAT.
