Supply of computer equipment and technology in lots

Summary

Gabrovo Municipality is procuring computer equipment and other technology through an open procedure divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers desktop computer sets with monitors, portable computers and a multifunction device, with an estimated value of EUR 23,833.33 excluding VAT; Lot 2 is for one server, estimated at EUR 7,750; and Lot 3 is for one firewall, estimated at EUR 6,833.33. A fourth lot valued at EUR 8,750 is outside this procedure. Delivery is due within 30 calendar days of contract signature. Price is the only award criterion, and a bidder may tender for and be awarded all three lots. No qualification requirements or tender guarantee are specified; the offer validity period is six months. Offers must be submitted electronically, comply with the relevant lot’s technical specification and not exceed its estimated value. Equipment under Lot 1 must also meet the environmental requirements in Bulgaria’s Ordinance No. H-1 of 23 July 2024. For each lot, a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value excluding VAT must be provided and remain valid for at least 30 days after delivery.
