Sound System for the Dance Theatre

Summary

The procurement covers one complete sound system, including installation, for the Dance Theatre at T. Kosciuškos g. 11 in Vilnius. The system must include active loudspeakers with integrated amplifiers and system processors, support analogue and Dante network audio, and have a stereo configuration with mono subwoofers. It must provide a frequency range of at least 40 Hz–20 kHz and sound pressure of at least 105 dB in the audience areas. The solution must also include, among other items, two Dante network switches, an adapter for connecting stereo analogue signals to the Dante network, and software for system control, configuration and sound-pressure simulation. The supplier must deliver, install, configure and hand over the system ready for use, including the required cables and installation materials. The complete system must be delivered and installed within four weeks of the contract taking effect and no later than 31 December 2026. The warranty must be at least five years. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the price-quality ratio: price carries 78 weighting units, with additional assessment of sound-pressure uniformity across the audience area, the lowest frequency limit, peak system power, loudspeaker-module weight and spare-parts availability. For example, sound-pressure performance is worth up to 10 points and the lowest frequency limit up to 4 points; a manufacturer’s guarantee of spare-parts supply for at least five years after the model is discontinued earns one point. The bidder must provide an acoustic simulation report and evidence of the technical specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically and remain valid for at least 60 days. No bid guarantee or product samples are required.
