Dialysis, hemoperfusion and apheresis supplies and solutions with equipment provided for free use
Summary
The procurement covers the supply of medical consumables and solutions for haemodialysis, haemoperfusion, therapeutic apheresis and other invasive procedures, together with the free use of the necessary medical equipment. It is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers disposable haemodialysis supplies, including bloodlines, filters and dry bicarbonate salt mixtures, with indicative quantities of 2,200, 14,500, 140, 800 and 16,700 units respectively. The supplier must also provide 11 haemodialysis machines for use, at least 9 of which must support haemodiafiltration. Lot 2 covers 40 kits of disposable supplies and solutions for LDL apheresis, together with a suitable machine. Tenderers may bid for one or both lots, but must cover the full scope of each lot bid for. Price is the only award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically through CVP IS by 5 November 2026 at 10:00 Lithuanian time. The bid must include the completed European Single Procurement Document, the required declarations, the price schedule and manufacturers’ technical documents proving that the products and equipment meet the specifications and bear CE marking. Samples must be provided if requested during evaluation. Supplies must be delivered within three weeks of an order. Equipment provided for use must be delivered, installed and commissioned, and staff trained, within six weeks of signing the loan-for-use agreement.
