Supply of cast-iron, polymer-concrete and welded steel structures

Summary

The contract is for the supply of cast-iron, polymer-concrete and welded steel structures for the needs of the Varna water and sewerage company. Supplies will be made periodically over three years in response to the buyer’s written orders. The estimated quantities are set out in the technical specification and do not oblige the buyer to order them in full. The estimated contract value is EUR 650,000. If the contract ceiling has not been reached and no replacement contract has been concluded when the term expires, the parties may agree to extend the term by up to six months, or until a new contract is concluded or the estimated value is exhausted. The bidder must demonstrate turnover of at least EUR 216,666 in the relevant field, based on the last three completed financial years, and at least one comparable delivery to a single recipient during the last three years. The bid must include a price and a delivery-time offer: delivery must take place within 1–3 working days of receiving a written order. Price accounts for 70% of the evaluation and delivery time for 30%. The contract-performance guarantee is 1% of the contract value excluding VAT. The bid submission deadline is 4 November 2026.
