Vehicle Procurement 2026-2

Summary

The procurement is for six new M1-category full-hybrid passenger cars for toll enforcement. Each vehicle must carry at least five people, have a combined output of at least 70 kW, an engine capacity no greater than 2,000 cm³, front-wheel drive and an automatic or continuously variable transmission. Each must have at least 550 litres of luggage capacity and extensive safety and comfort equipment. The vehicles require, among other things, protective and security films, additional wiring, and a bespoke luggage-compartment storage and mounting system for inspection equipment. Delivery is due within a maximum of 180 calendar days. As optional items, the contracting authority may order a mandatory maintenance package up to 300,000 km and vehicle branding and graphics. Maintenance must be available at an authorised service centre within 100 km by road of the contracting authority’s specified locations. Tenders will be evaluated on the best price-quality ratio: the net price carries 80 points, while fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions carry 10 points each. Bidders must demonstrate experience supplying at least three passenger cars during the previous 36 months and provide the required technical documents and declarations. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Hungarian.
