Cryosurgical Apparatus and Operating Supplies
Summary
The tender covers the supply of one cryosurgical apparatus and the contact applicators required to operate it to VšĮ Respublikinė Vilniaus universitetinė ligoninė in Vilnius. The apparatus is intended for otorhinolaryngology and must operate using nitrous oxide (N₂O) or carbon dioxide (CO₂); the required operating pressure ranges are 48–65 bar for CO₂ and 40–60 bar for N₂O. The unit must include, among other features, a touchscreen, gas pressure and flow indicators, applicator recognition and use counters. The supply also includes a wheeled trolley and contact applicators for treating the nasal turbinates and throat. Accessories will be ordered as needed for up to 36 months; the priced maximum quantities are 24 nasal applicators and 18 of each type of throat applicator. The apparatus must be delivered, installed and made ready for use within three months of the contract taking effect. The supplier must test the equipment, provide the required documents and train the hospital’s medical staff and engineers at the hospital premises. Accessories must be delivered within 30 calendar days of an order. The equipment warranty must be at least 36 months, and spare parts must remain available for at least five years after the warranty expires. The offer must substantiate compliance with the technical requirements using manufacturer documentation and include evidence of CE marking and compliance with the medical devices regulation. The bidder must submit one electronic offer, a completed European Single Procurement Document and a supplier/subcontractor declaration. No supplier qualification criteria apply, but the absence of exclusion grounds will be checked. Price carries 90 evaluation points and quality 10; additional warranty coverage earns quality points. No tender guarantee is required.
