Comprehensive Laundry and Workwear Service

Summary

The contract is for a comprehensive laundry and workwear service for a healthcare facility. The provider must, as required, rent laundry items, wash and care for both rented and client-owned laundry, collect and deliver the items, and inventory rented laundry. The service also includes an electronic ordering and communication system, transport cages or containers, repair and replacement of worn rented items, and hygienic handling. The provider must use UHF technology to scan the contents of an entire laundry cage or bag at once. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9:00 a.m. on 2 November 2026 and remain valid for 90 days. The total price for four years under table 1 accounts for 90% of the evaluation, and the total price under table 2 accounts for 10%; the lowest bid price is assessed in each case. Electronic invoicing is required, and variant bids are not allowed.
