Construction works for wind farm development

Summary

The tender covers construction works needed to establish wind farms: building turbine foundations; constructing temporary and permanent high-load-bearing crushed-stone work and operating areas; building service roads; temporarily modifying public roads; supplying and laying medium-voltage cables beneath the areas and roads; backfilling the foundations; and removing temporary areas. The estimated contract value is CZK 179,000,000, and the planned delivery period is 1 December 2026 to 15 July 2029. Bids must be submitted electronically by 18:00 on 1 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion, assessed in CZK excluding VAT. The selected contractor must comply with employment, fair remuneration and occupational health and safety requirements, ensure subcontractors receive comparable contract terms and pay their invoices within 5 working days of receiving the corresponding payment from the contracting authority. The contractor must also reduce environmental impacts and, where feasible, implement contract-related innovations.
