Information display perimeter for the first ice rink at Plzeň City Ice Stadium

Summary

The procurement covers the supply and installation of new information displays and their supporting structures in the seating area around the first ice rink at Plzeň City Ice Stadium. The work also includes power and data cabling, remotely controlled electrical switchboards, necessary construction work, and modifications to the power distribution room and control room. The supply includes a transmission processor with a backup circuit, a multimedia content server and its playback software, with the complete system integrated into the existing audiovisual, timekeeping, fire alarm and other related systems. The contract also includes supervision at selected events. The planned duration is 8 weeks and the estimated value is CZK 11,952,859.52. A bid guarantee of CZK 200,000 is required. Evaluation considers price (60%), warranty and software support duration (20%), and the implementation team lead’s experience (20%). The team lead must be provided directly by the contractor, not by a subcontractor. The contractor must comply with labour laws and meet its financial obligations to all supply-chain participants on time.
