Framework agreement for the removal and treatment of soil in the City of Liège

Summary

The tender concerns the receipt and weighing of soil from the City of Liège’s construction works, streets, public and green spaces, and occasionally buildings; temporary storage; full traceability; sampling and analysis; interpretation of results and determination of the appropriate disposal route. The services also include loading and transporting the soil to a treatment centre or another authorised site, and treating it where necessary. This is a four-year framework agreement with one operator. The soil consolidation centre must be within a 20 km radius of Liège City Hall; failure to meet this condition makes the tender absolutely invalid. Tenders must be submitted electronically, electronic invoicing is required, and price is the only award criterion. The tender must remain valid for 180 days.
